have been many hundreds of investment opportunities over
the years from stockpiling gold to investing in internet
start-up companies! True some investors have become very
rich but most have simply lost their money or at best
have barely kept up with inflation. |

as it gets used it gets rarer. No high tech developments can
make it obsolete, no Government can legislate against it, no
population will fall out of love with it. It is here to stay and
burned into our very existence. People desire land, they want to
possess it, when you own your own house with it's own plot of
land you feel secure.
